Little Compton is a special part of Rhode Island located east of the Sakonnet River. It is renowned for its pastoral beauty, old stone walls and hay fields that border laneways overhung with majestic trees. Traditional New England shingled homes and cottages dot the landscape. Along its southern shore are beautiful beaches, Sakonnet Lighthouse, Haffenreffer Wildlife Refuge and breathtaking views of Buzzard's Bay and the islands.
